VFC Da Nang Supports Clients in Managing Red-Tailed Green Pit Vipers

Over the past few months, provinces across the Central Region have continuously recorded incidents of red-tailed green pit viper bites. An unusual surge in snake sightings has caused deep concern and anxiety among local residents and commercial establishments. Empathizing with our clients' apprehensions, VFC Da Nang has conducted multiple training workshops to empower them to effectively respond to and control this hazardous pest.

The training workshops were successfully held at various major hotels and luxury resorts across Da Nang and neighboring areas, including: Novotel Danang Premier Han River, Crowne Plaza Danang, The Nam Hai Resort, Boutique Hoi An Resort, Angsana, Banyan Tree Resort, and Golf Laguna Resort.

During the sessions, VFC’s technical specialists introduced participants to exclusion methods, snake capture techniques, and essential first-aid protocols for snakebite emergencies. Due to its highly relevant and practical nature, the training received enthusiastic engagement and active participation. Many attendees confidently practiced first-aid procedures and hands-on snake capture on-site. Following the course, they excitedly shared that they now possess the confidence required to handle red-tailed green pit vipers.
