Training and Competency Assessment Program for PestMan Personnel

Over the past years, PestMan has continuously received strong support and trust from clients nationwide. In response to this customer confidence, PestMan is fully dedicated to enhancing our expertise and solidifying our position as Vietnam's largest Fumigation company. Recently, the company organized an intensive training session and professional competency assessment for all technical staff, station chiefs, and deputy heads of technical departments across all branches. This initiative aimed to reinforce trained knowledge, elevate service quality, and evaluate employee capabilities.

The assessment began with an essay examination covering foundational knowledge: insect biology and behavior, which form the basis for determining the most effective pest management solutions. This was followed by a multiple-choice test focusing on pest control techniques, signs of infestation, pest origins, chemical utilization, application methods, and dosages. All of these core areas are updated monthly by training experts. Finally, candidates underwent direct interviews with a panel of experts, where they had to address questions regarding technical expertise, professional ethics, and situational problem-solving.

Although the training session was quite intense, the team gained and shared a wealth of valuable experience. This event also served as a nationwide gathering for technicians to connect, share operational challenges, and exchange practical insights, ultimately sharpening their skills to deliver better service to customers.

Mr. Ngo Tan Kiet (a technician from Ho Chi Minh City) shared: "The examination was highly stressful as I had to face a panel of three experts alone, answering rigorous questions during a thorough and professional interview. However, thanks to these assessments, I have acquired extensive knowledge and gathered invaluable experience from both the experts and my colleagues.
