Deeply fond of the refined and unique architecture of the ancient capital of Hue, he built this traditional Hue-style house on his 2600m2 plot of land.

In front of the house gathers all the most typical features of the ancient Hue citadel rường house: the main house consists of 3 compartments and 2 lean-tos with walls, floors, a rafter-column system and furniture completely made of wood. The house has been threatened multiple times

Despite having a quite beautiful architecture, because most of the house structure is made of wood, over time the house has been gradually gnawed and damaged by termites.
The homeowner said that previously during the construction process, termite prevention measures using chemicals on the house foundation had been implemented.
