According to statistics, each year Vietnam has about 250-500 food poisoning cases with 7,000-10,000 victims and 100 – 200 deaths (Source: FNC). Most recently (04/08) is the case of 73 people poisoned after eating a wedding party at a restaurant on Chu Văn An street, Đắk Hà town, Đắk Hà district… Even, the number of poisoning cases also appeared at high-end restaurants and resorts, such as the case at a resort in Phan Thiet last late july, making the public feel bewildered.
