Ms. Tran Kim Yen – Chairwoman of the Ho Chi Minh City Confederation of Labor, stated that through the "Accompanying Enterprises" program, the Confederation commends businesses that serve as pioneering role models on the economic front. These enterprises consistently take the initiative in driving investment and business ideas, continuously upgrading management standards and competitiveness, elevating product quality, and establishing Vietnamese brands in both domestic and international markets.
Concurrently, these enterprises have strictly adhered to labor laws, prioritized employee welfare, enhanced their living standards, and regarded workers as the company's most valuable asset. They have successfully fostered a strong business and corporate culture, contributing to the development of Ho Chi Minh City into a highly developed, civilized, modern, and compassionate metropolis—truly deserving its status as the nation's major economic and cultural hub.

Commenting on the role of the trade union for employees and enterprises, Mr. Truong Cong Cu, general director of Vietnam Fumigation Joint Stock Company (under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development), stated: “As business owners, we understand the role and contributions of employees, therefore we always place strong emphasis on employee welfare. Over the years, the trade union organization has actively supported us in this matter. The trade union not only helps enterprises take care of employees’ well-being but also plays an important role in connecting employees with the enterprise. In particular, the emulation movements initiated by the trade union have created positive impacts on the company’s production and business activities.” Therefore, over the years, the company’s board of directors has continuously provided support and favorable conditions for the trade union to operate, while proactively coordinating with the trade union to implement various welfare programs for more than 1,200 employees.
It can be firmly asserted that the alignment in both mindset and action between management and employees forms the solid foundation for building harmonious labor relations within the enterprise. “The Fourth Industrial Revolution opens up vast opportunities for business expansion as well as a bright future for workers. Therefore, the spirit of companionship and shared responsibility among all stakeholders in labor relations will play a decisive role in fostering a harmonious working environment,” affirmed Mr. Le Thanh Liem, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee.
