Airostar V Cold Fogger is a rechargeable handheld ulv sprayer engineered to generate an ultra-fine mist (<20 microns) , allowing solutions to disperse evenly, improve coverage, and optimize treatment performance within the target area. The unit supports wide-area spraying with reduced-noise operation, making it suitable for flexible deployment across various environments without requiring a direct power connection.
In operation, the airostar v is powered by a 24vdc–11.6ah li-ion battery , providing approximately 1 hour of runtime per charge. The unit features a 2.5l, solution tank, adjustable flow rates of 2.5/4.5/7 l/hourdepending on nozzle configuration, an indoor spray range of approximately 11 m, and a noise level of around 75 dBA. Its automatic spray system stabilizes operation by activating the fan before liquid discharge and stopping spraying before fan shutdown, ensuring consistent fog generation during use.
Primary field applications: designed for space spraying / ulv insecticide applications and/or disinfection spraying (depending on approved chemical formulations), suitable for both indoor and outdoor operational scenarios. The cordless design together with a 50 cm extension tube allows technicians to access hard-to-reach treatment points while improving operational mobility.
